Brow Notch

Privacy Policy

Brow Notch for macOS · Effective October 20, 2026

In short: Brow collects nothing. It has no account, no analytics, no ads and no network code — the app never connects to the internet. Everything you keep in Brow stays on your Mac.

This policy explains how the Brow Notch app ("Brow", "the app") made by Monarch Group ATL LLC ("we", "us") handles your information.

What we collect

Nothing. We don't collect, receive, store, sell or share any personal data. Brow doesn't track you within the app or across other apps and websites, and it contains no third-party analytics, advertising or crash-reporting code.

What Brow keeps on your Mac

To work, Brow saves the following only on your Mac, inside its own private app container. None of it is sent anywhere.

Deleting Brow and its data removes all of this. See how to remove Brow completely.

Permissions Brow asks for

macOS asks you before Brow can use any of these. Each one is optional; without it, only the matching section stops working.

Translation

Text and screen translation use Apple's built-in translation in macOS, which runs on your Mac. If a language isn't installed yet, macOS may offer to download it from Apple; that download is handled by macOS under Apple's Privacy Policy, not by Brow.

Purchases

Brow is sold through the Mac App Store. Apple handles payment and gives us only anonymous, aggregated sales reports. We never see your name, Apple Account or payment details.

Children

Brow collects no data from anyone, including children.

This website

brownotch.com has no cookies, analytics or trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security and operations.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the date above. If Brow ever started collecting data, we would say so here and in the App Store before it happened.
